Appetizers are fun foods that don’t follow formal dining rules. They take their influence from any cuisine. Exciting appetizers are like taking a mini world tour. So take your friends on a journey through 10 new appetizers to stimulate their palate.

9. Chinese Scallop Shumai: steamed dumplings stuffed with scallops, served with a sesame dip.
10. Phillipian Sambal Fish: delectable bites of fish, coated in paste of warm spices and cashew nuts, wrapped in banana leaves and steamed.
