Exploring new foods at home, as a family, can be difficult. Families become stuck in tradition and let’s face it, children are picky. Getting children or adults, to try something new will take a bit of skill. Here are some tips to help your family discover new foods together:
1. Make meal time fun-By spicing up your atmosphere and taking things from bland to grand, you can make a good first impression with new foods. If you are introducing Mexican foods, bring a sombrero and teach the Mexican hat dance.Confused? Here ‘s a little help . If you are doing something Italian, trying something pertinent to that country.
2.Make them try it-It will be children and adults first instinct to say, that they do not like it. Make them try it, even if it is just a bite. Do not make the mistake of giving them an option of another food, then you can be sure they won’t touch it.
Be patient not everyone will embrace new ideas. You will certainly be met with some reluctance, but by trial and error, you will find something that your family enjoys. It will not be long and you will be adding your new cosines, to your regular menu.
